DynaLink Connect provides a marketplace, delivery, courier, wallet, payment, and support platform. This policy explains the information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices available to users of the website and mobile app.

Information We Collect

  • Account details such as name, email address, phone number, role, saved delivery address, and support messages.
  • Marketplace activity such as vendors viewed, products ordered, cart selections, product options, order history, delivery status, receipts, and wallet activity.
  • Courier operations data such as availability, delivery assignments, live or recent delivery location, route checkpoints, proof-of-delivery photos, signatures, recipient names, and exception notes.
  • Payment and checkout details needed to process pay-on-delivery, wallet, Paynow, EcoCash, OneMoney, or card-supported flows. Full card numbers are handled by payment providers and are not stored by DynaLink Connect.
  • Device and app data such as push notification tokens, app platform, basic diagnostic logs, and security/session data needed to keep the service working.

How We Use Information

  • To create and manage customer, courier, vendor, and admin accounts.
  • To show products, manage carts, place orders, calculate delivery fees, route deliveries, and provide receipts or invoices.
  • To process payments, wallet activity, refunds, disputes, withdrawals, and reconciliation.
  • To send important service notifications about orders, courier dispatch, support, account activity, and delivery progress.
  • To prevent fraud, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and protect customers, vendors, couriers, and the marketplace.

Sharing

  • Order and delivery details are shared with the vendor and courier assigned to fulfill the order.
  • Payment details may be shared with payment processors such as Paynow and mobile money providers when you choose those methods.
  • Service providers may process hosting, storage, analytics, support, email, push notification, security, and operational data on our behalf.
  • Information may be disclosed if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to investigate abuse of the platform.

Your Choices

  • You can update account profile and delivery information from your account tools or by contacting support.
  • You can deny camera, location, and notification permissions, but some courier proof-of-delivery and live dispatch features may not work without them.
  • You can request account help, correction, export, or deletion by contacting support.

Security and Retention

We use access controls, session security, and operational safeguards to protect data. We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, meet legal or accounting obligations, resolve disputes, improve safety, and operate the marketplace.

Children

DynaLink Connect is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so the account or data can be reviewed.
